No purchase or donation necessary

No donation is necessary to enter or win, and a donation does not improve your chances of winning. Entries received through the free method of entry are treated the same as entries received with a donation. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older. Void where prohibited.

How to participate

Sweepstakes period: entries must be received between the campaign start and the campaign end date shown on this website. Anyone who donates during this period is automatically entered into the sweepstakes.

• Online donation: visit chodorom.com and complete the required information to donate and enter.
• Mail-in donation: mail your donation with your details to 570 Tomchei Temimim Way, Brooklyn, NY 11213. Payment may be made by check or cash. To donate by credit card, use chodorom.com or email campaign@yttl.org.

Alternative method of entry

If you prefer not to donate, you may enter by sending a handwritten 3x5 card with your full name, postal address, email address and phone number to The Chodorom Campaign, 570 Tomchei Temimim Way, Brooklyn, NY 11213. Only one entry per envelope is allowed, and your card must specify the prize you are entering for.

Entry validity

All contact details must be accurate, and entries must be received by the end of the raffle period to be considered. YTTL is not liable for entries that are late, lost or otherwise incomplete, and entries that appear fraudulent may be disqualified.

Winner selection and notification

A random drawing will take place on or around the drawing date shown with each prize. Each winner is entitled to one prize per winning ticket. Winners will be notified by phone, email and/or mail, and may be required to send a copy of a valid photo ID to confirm identity.

Prize details

Winners are responsible for paying any applicable taxes. Prizes are collected according to the pickup instructions provided with each prize, or may be shipped at the winner's cost. YTTL is not responsible for taxes or fees related to registration or insurance of prizes such as vehicles, and some restrictions (such as blackout dates) may apply to prizes such as flights.

Substitution of prizes

YTTL reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value. No cash redemptions will be offered.

Odds of winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each prize.

General terms

By entering, participants agree to comply with these official rules. Winners release YTTL and related parties from liability, except that in the event of YTTL's negligence or breach of this agreement, the maximum damages shall be a refund of the donation. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws, and YTTL reserves the right to disqualify anyone suspected of tampering with the entry process. These terms are governed by the laws of New York. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration before the Beth Din of Crown Heights.

Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant permission for their name and likeness to be used in promotional materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

YTTL may use your personal information to administer the raffle. You may also receive campaign emails from YTTL, and you can opt out at any time at chodorom.com/unsubscribe. Receipts and prize notices are still sent.

Winners list

Winners' display names (or “Anonymous”) will be posted with each prize on chodorom.com after the drawing.

Entire agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
