The Chodorom Campaign for YTTL · Updated October 29, 2026

Who this policy covers

This policy explains donor-information handling on the Chodorom fundraising platform operated for Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch (YTTL), 570 Tomchei Temimim Way, Brooklyn, NY 11213. Questions can be sent to info@yttl.org.

Information you provide

Online checkout collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, street address, city, state and ZIP code. You may also provide a public display name, a dedication and a team selection, and choose to appear anonymously.

Donation records include the amount, date, payment status, payment reference, selected prizes or packages, ticket allocations and any installment plan. Administrators can also record offline donations and pledges, including anonymous offline donations without an email address.

How information is used

  • Process and record donations, payments and installments.
  • Provide donation receipts, ticket summaries and campaign-related messages.
  • Manage prize entries, winner notifications, gifts and fulfillment.
  • Attribute donations to teams and fundraiser links and report campaign results.
  • Help campaign personnel answer questions and maintain donation records.

Public donation displays

The site’s donor lists, team pages and live campaign screens may show a donation’s public name, amount, date, team and dedication. Your display name is used when provided; otherwise your first and last name are used. Choosing “Anonymous” overrides both names in public donation displays.

Anonymous donations still count toward campaign totals. Anonymity on public displays does not remove the donor’s identity from billing or administrative records. Contact details are not included in public donor lists. Do not put private information in a dedication intended for public display. Administrators can hide an individual donation from the donor wall.

Payment and email services

Card payments are handled through Stripe. Card information is entered in Stripe’s payment fields; the campaign keeps payment references and status information to manage donations and installments. Campaign emails are delivered through Resend, which receives the recipient address and message content needed for delivery. These services have their own privacy policies.

Donation and donor records are available to authorized campaign personnel through administrative tools. The platform uses Lovable Cloud hosting and database services to operate the website and store its records. Email-delivery history includes recipient details and message content for administration.

If you select a team and team notifications are enabled, its captain may receive your actual name and donation amount, even when you choose “Anonymous” for public displays. If configured by the campaign, a completion notification can also send donation details, including name and email, to a connected service. Authorized personnel may use AI-assisted administration or connected assistant tools to work with donor information; information used in those requests is handled by the relevant AI or connected service.

Visits and fundraising attribution

The platform records visited page paths, referral information and UTM campaign tags to help measure campaign performance and attribute donations to fundraising links. Browser session storage keeps attribution tags, and local storage keeps the latest checkout order for the donation flow. These reports help the campaign understand which pages and fundraiser links lead to donations. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts.

Questions and requests

Email info@yttl.org to ask about your information, request a correction, or discuss public display or deletion. Include a donation reference if available, but do not send passwords or card details. Contact YTTL to discuss what can be changed or removed from donation, payment and receipt records.
